TOURNAMENT CHECK-IN

Check-In Requirements

  • Proper 2025/2026 player identification cards, medical release forms and the appropriate and correctly authorized travel papers for teams affiliated with USYS with the National/State approved rosters attached are required.
  • US Club Soccer teams do not need to provide Travel Papers.
  • US Club teams need to present certified player rosters.
  • All players and coaches must have laminated cards.
  • Unlimited loan players will be permitted with a maximum roster size for 2020-2016 (14 Players), 2015-2014 (18 players) and 2013-2011 (22 players).
  • Teams will check in with the Field Marshall 90 minutes prior to the game. All player, coach and administrator cards and paper work must be presented prior to first game. The Tournament Director, or Designated Official, will resolve any situation not explicitly covered by the rules
  • Teams must use their 2025/2026 season Player ID Cards. 
  • 2020-2016 play 7v7, 2015-2014 play 9v9 and 2013-2011 play 11v11.
  • There will be no additions to the team roster after the team Checks In.
  • All coaches have complete responsibility for the conduct of their players, bench, friends, and spectators at all times.

The Awareness Cup is a US Club Soccer Sanctioned Tournament

The Awareness Cup is open to all Boys and Girls teams U7(2019) - U15(2011)

This tournament is unrestricted. Teams registered in good standing with any U.S. Soccer Federation affiliate are eligible to apply.

  • Sanctioned by US Club Soccer.
  • All Player ID Cards MUST be from the same National Association (US Club Soccer, USYS, USSSF, or AYSO, etc). 
  • Cards cannot be mixed, including for guest players.  
  • For guest players requiring ID cards, contact your Club/Organization Registrar to register      them under your club’s National Association.

REFUND POLICY

  • Full refunds will be issued to teams not accepted.
  • Withdrawal requests must be submitted by a someone listed on the Application (Contact Person or Coach).
  • Teams withdrawing after acceptance forfeit their full application fee
  • No refunds will be provided to any team for games that are forfeited, for no-shows, or for      late drops by any team accepted into the tournament.
