TOURNAMENT CHECK-IN

Check-In Requirements

  • Proper 2024/2025 player identification cards, medical release forms and the appropriate and correctly authorized travel papers for teams affiliated with USYS with the National/State approved rosters attached are required.
  • US Club Soccer teams do not need to provide Travel Papers.
  • US Club teams need to present certified player rosters.
  • All players and coaches must have laminated cards.
  • Unlimited loan players will be permitted with a maximum roster size for 2019-2015 (14 Players), 2014-2013 (18 players) and 2012-2010 (22 players).
  • Teams will check in with the Field Marshall 90 minutes prior to the game. All player, coach and administrator cards and paper work must be presented prior to first game. The Tournament Director, or Designated Official, will resolve any situation not explicitly covered by the rules
  • Teams must use their 2024/2025 season Player ID Cards. 
  • 2019-2015 play 7v7, 2014-2013 play 9v9 and 2012-2010 play 11v11.
  • There will be no additions to the team roster after the team Checks In.
  • All coaches have complete responsibility for the conduct of their players, bench, friends, and spectators at all times.

Friday night OPTIONAL Check-In

 We will host a Friday night OPTIONAL Check-In.  If you don't attend Friday night OPTIONAL Check-In,  All teams must check in 1 hour prior to their first match.
